--- 2" wide with a 12" scale.  Semi flexible curved metal ruler (assumed stamped steel).  Notice the crease in center (probably was bent but was able to flex back because of the curl in the shape, but left a ridge).  Numerous scratches/nicks etc.  Some lettering loss but overall good.  I have location as Yakima Valley, ruler lists Yakima, Toppenish, Ellensburg and Connell.
