Vintage Disney Winnie the Pooh made by California Stuffed Toys has Walt Disney Productions on tag.  Smile looks like it is made out of felt material.  Shirt is embroidered with yellow Pooh on red velvet like material.
Measures about 12” sitting, from head to toe about 14 1/2" .  Has a staple in shirt.  Overall Great vintage condition with very little flaws.
