Brand new, never worn, private issue Scouts BSA Venturing SUMMIT Award Parent pin.  Approximately 3/4" diameter, polished "gunmetal" front, pebbled finished back, clutchback attachment.  Reads "SUMMIT AWARD" on top and "PROUD PARENT" on bottom.  Venturing Summit Award Eagle emblem centered in pin.
Since the BSA does not have a Summit Award Parent pin the way they do for an Eagle Scout, this is a private issue for Summit Award recipient to present in recognition to their Parent(s).  Can be added to the Summit Award medal, patch, Mentor Pin to create a SUMMIT Award Court of Honor kit.
