Obtained during the final voyage of this fabulously yacht like combo-liner that wrapped up her long career in Chinese hands sailing between Hong Kong and Shanghai, where she was scrapped in early 1996.

Generally, I estimate the shipping at the lowest possible rate and if it is still less, I issue a refund on the balance.
If you want to have tracking, then that generally costs more as the basic type of shipping changes from a letter to a parcel.
