This is an original menu from Saturday, September Fourth, 1937. It is from the Duchess of Bedford cruise liner of the Canadian Pacific Line. It appears to be a sumptuous banquet with several courses including beverages and dessert of either Cherry Souffle Pudding, Pear Florentine, Cope Melba, Vanilla Ice Cream with Hot Chocolallte Sauce, Gautau Moka or Langues de Chats. The menu is 7" by 4 & 3/4" in very nice undamaged condition. On the back is the Programme of Music for the evening. It was printed in England.
