Please be aware that we only include the console in this listing. We do this as a cheaper option for you if you'd like to use your own cables or you already own or would like to purchase your cables or controller cheaper elsewhere (such as here on eBay!) Also, be aware that we do not bundle the power supply with the console purely because high quality OEM power supplies are not available to be purchased in bulk for resale. The cheap alternative imported ones from China, often bundled with these from other sellers, often cause issues with the console. While it's not always the case with the cheaper power supplies, please, we highly recommend you purchase an original OEM Sony power supply designed for the PlayStation 2 if you do not already have one!
All consoles are professionally refurbished. Very old consoles such as the PlayStation 2 NEED experienced hands to refurbish them in order for them to last! We have refurbished hundreds of various consoles including the new ones (which are much more challenging than these due to complexity.) Our refurbishment process includes:
1. Replacing old, dry, dirty disc drive laser worm gear grease with brand new high quality electronics safe grease.
2. Replacing the two-decade old disc drive laser. This almost always needs to be done on these consoles in order to insure they last and will continue to read your games!
3. Replacing the two-decade old CMOS battery.
4. Replacing the old thermal padding.
5. Replacing the power button.
6. Replacing missing rubber feet.
7. Replacing the disc drive laser cable.
Many other sellers DO NOT do these very necessary procedures. We want to insure your console lasts, which is why we also offer 60 day free returns just in case!
We also have a 5 month repair and replacement warranty! Read warranty conditions below.

Warranty conditions: Console MUST have "TheMacShack" warranty stickers in place. If within 5 months your console fails after the delivery date, just contact us via eBay messaging and you will be provided an address to ship your console to for repair. We handle the return shipping back to you. If the console is not repairable, we will replace it. Warranty DOES NOT cover damage from power surges (please use a surge protector for your expensive electronics!!!), or any damage that is obviously caused by neglect and mishandling of the console. The warranty does cover defects.
If there are ANY issues with your order, PLEASE, message us before opening a case. We will personally do our best to resolve any issues to your satisfaction!!!!!
