His list runs from Avery to Waterloo Boy (see Photo #4 for the Table of Contents).  The ample text gives a glimpse into the past of each manufacturer and is augmented by many b/w photos and several sorts of advertising illustrations.
This 160-page quarto-size softcover book was published in 1996 by Motorbooks International.  The photos are of this very book.  This pre-owned softcover book is in like-new condition with no damage - no jammed corners, no dog-eared pages, no markings and no cover creases or folds. A very interesting book.
