    Description

    RARE New-Old-Stock (guessing early 70's vintage), yellow GALION vinyl jacket / wind-breaker in size X-Large.  It has the "Miles Ahead" embroidered black & yellow logo used for their motor grader and road roller construction equipment line of that time.  Never worn.  When I acquired it, it was still in the original plastic bag from the factory, but that has since been lost.  Made in the USA by Louisville "Kentucky Bred" Sportswear.  I did a bit of research and found that the "Miles Ahead" logo was trademarked in 1967, so the jacket presumably post-dates that.  I'm guessing it is from the early to mid-70's, as I originally bought it in a lot with other vintage advertising jackets for other brands that I know are from that time.  Here's your chance to own a bit of history for your own collection, or to buy the perfect gift for the Galion collector!
