Court Fee, Revenue and court paper are cancelled with punch Holes and some were cancelled by ink, so they remain like the way they appear to you in scans.

So we cannot say that these are damage, such items collect on paper due to ink, and printing, can remove if we put them on water.
Please check scan properly before purchase for condition/ cancellation, especially for old items.
