As-Is LightWedge LED Book Page Light - Please read, Doesn't always turn on

For sale is a LightWedge LED book page light. Pre-owned, has been tested and sometimes it turns on and other times it doesn't turn on. I'm unsure what the problem is so am selling AS-IS for parts/repair.
Cosmetically the LightWedge has some light scuffs/scratches from general use. They aren't overly noticeable when it's up against a book page, so it's not as bad as it looks on the all black photo. Comes with the original box and the optional slide-on page rest. Box has minor wear. Batteries (4 AAA) are not included.
