    Description

"All in a Day's Work: Seventy-Five Years of Caterpillar" is the company's corporate history from 1925 until 2000 and was edited by Gilbert Nolde.  See Photos #4 & #5 for the Table of Contents to follow how it is all presented.  The coverage is quite complete, beginning with the Holt and Best heritage and progressing right up to the turn of the century.  The design efforts, production capabilities, dealer network and support structure are discussed, culminating in a company timeline.  With a great many color and b/w photos to show the products and people, the Caterpillar story is told.  This  280-page oversize 12" x 9 1/4" landscape-formatted hardcover book was published in 2000 by Caterpillar as a stated first edition.  The photos are of this very book.  This pre-owned hardcover book is in like-new condition with no damage - no jammed corners, no dog-eared pages, no markings.  The dust jacket is in like-new condition with no chips, tears or creases and is protected by a mylar cover (which caused some reflections in the cover photos).  This book will be shipped in a box to prevent damage.
