Description
Cinnamon Bark has similar properties to Indian Almond (Catappa) bark, though it is milder and therefore more of them can be used in an aquarium at any time.
Moreover, it is much easier to produce cinnamon sticks in tight rolls so that they are ideal for use as shelters for baby shrimps or baby cat fishes. Not only do they provide hiding places, but are decorative and at the same time mildly
fungicidal and anti-bacterial, which is great for sensitive fries and shrimplets.
They have also been used by breeders both for prevention of diseases and promotion of healing in sick or injured fishes.
Dosage
No more than 10 grams per 100 litres or 25 gallons.
