    Description

Moore McCormack Lines:  A 5” by 7” pin dish or wall display commemorating the maiden voyage of the shiny new BRASIL and ARGENTINA in 1958.
Prominent in the portrait is the false funnel in the familiar Kelly green color with a big red "M".  The exhaust actually exited from twin pipes towards the stern and the "funnel" contained a solarium.  According to the legend on back, the image of the ship cutting through the sea on a cloudy day is hand colored.  Also on back is a hook for hanging the dish on the wall.
Excellent condition with just a little wear to the gold rim.
