1957 Cadillac Original Factory Power Antenna

1957 Cadillac Original Factory Power Antenna, that I removed from a Fleetwood 4 dr.ht.
I started to clean the exterior by using a paint brush & kerosene.
Since this has undercoating that I started to remove using a putty knife, I stopped to let glass bead cleaning to take over instead.
It would be best to clean this up using a bead blasting cabinet to do a much more professional job.
I never tried to operate this to go up, it was already in the down position when I removed it.
I was not able to remove the top mounting nut, so since the right fender wasn't good to save anyway, I decided to cut the fender right up to the Antennas mounting hole to carefully remove it from the fender that way.
This Top mounting nut will need soaking to help loosen it to be able to un-thread it off the mast housing.
I see no reason why it may not work as it presently is, but to be proper, it should be completely disassembled & restored.

I've experienced this exact same PROBLEM with my other SOLD items,  many many times, called eBay to Report it, & still nothings been done to correct it.
So chances are, the Shipping Cost that you presently see is FALSE, & MUCH HIGHER than U.S.P.S./UPS.
Therefore Send me your Zip Code so I will go in to the U.S.P.S. or UPS. Website to get your direct Cost instead.
With eBays Shipping Cost that HIGH, caused my item NOT to Sell.
Then eBay notifies me to RELIST & drop my items cost by . when that cost wasn't the reason why the item did NOT Sell, so I had to drop the; "eBay Shipping Label Calculated Cost" INSTEAD!    So below I entered this Proof;

Just think, just like me in this situation, the MILLIONS of SALES that eBay does everyday, that includes them PROFITING just like this, just off of Shipping Fee's, that "ALL BUYERS" gets RIPPED OFF for EVERY SALE!
So I could have Profited & kept that additional .50, Shipped using the P.O. cost & not said a word!
Or; eBay could & would have kept that .50 if I used a Home Printer to use & Print their eBay Shipping Label.

Yeah Right, the ebay Shipping Label fee always stays the same, so eBay won't Loose any of their "Additional Profit" off their Shipping Calculator Fees.
But, me the Seller? eBay claims that my Items Price is too high, so they encourage for me to drop it lower, so then this item Sells, so I'll get less & ebay won't Loose any of their Shipping Calculators BULL S--T!
Youtube has plenty of Videos that eBay Sellers created, explaining eBay doing all kinds of Crap, so maybe its time I made one about this too?
